By accessing or using FashionFit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the App. We provide an AI-powered fashion recommendation service including virtual closets, outfit generation, and style analysis.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant FashionFit a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, host, and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. You understand that our AI models (powered by Google Gemini) process your images to identify clothing categories, styles, and physical attributes.
FashionFit offers Core, Pro, and Elite tiers. Payments are processed via PayPal. Subscriptions are recurring and will automatically renew unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account dashboard. 10% of all proceeds are donated to NICU support charities.
You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the intellectual property of others. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or scrape data from the platform.
FashionFit provides fashion recommendations for entertainment and informational purposes. While our AI is advanced, we do not guarantee the accuracy of style advice or the availability of suggested retail items. We are not liable for any fashion-related disasters or retail purchase decisions.
